Tropical Papaya Smoothie
1 small papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
1/2 cup-1 cup water or almond milk
10 ice cubes
Directions:
In Vitamix or blender, pile in ice then fruit and add liquid. Blend on low speed then advance to high speed to ensure smooth texture. Garnish with strawberry or pineapple if you desire.
