One of my family’s go-to breakfasts because you can prepare them the night before – Steel Cut Oats. Steel cut oats are a complete source of protein with 7grams per 1/4 cup, contain lots of fiber, and vitamin B and iron. Topped this morning with antioxidant filled cherries and berries, stress relieving dried rose petals from the garden, fiber packed chocolate nibs, and healing honey from @eastabogabeecompany . Steel Cut Oats Overnight Recipe, one serving

1/3 steel cut oats

1 cup water

Pinch of salt

Pinch of cinnamon

1 Tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

Bring all ingredients to boil. Turn off. Cover and let sit overnight.

Once you have your oats, you can top with whatever toppings you like.
